These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between v7vv ("we", "our", "Company") and users of the v7vv platform ("you", "member", "user"). These Terms apply to the v7vv website, mobile platform and all related services.

By creating or continuing to use an account on the v7vv platform, you are considered to have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full.

1.1 Key Definitions

• Platform: The v7vv website, app and all related digital services.
• Account: A user's registered profile that provides access to the platform.
• Balance: The amount of Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) held in a user's account.
• Bonus Funds: Money granted under promotional offers that can be withdrawn after meeting specific conditions.
• Wagering Requirement: The obligation to place a specified amount in bets before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• KYC: The identity verification process (Know Your Customer).

To open an account and use the services on the v7vv platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older. v7vv strictly prevents underage gaming and may request age verification documents at any time. If evidence of an age violation is found, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address or device. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in forfeiture of bonus benefits and account closure.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date personal information. v7vv reserves the right to cancel an account and seize the balance if false or misleading information is provided.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login credentials with any third party is prohibited. Any unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and compliance reasons, v7vv may request identity verification documents at any time. These may include:

• A copy of your National Identity Card (NID) or passport
• A recent utility bill or proof of address
• Proof of ownership of the payment method (bKash / Nagad / Rocket account details)
• A selfie or live photo verification

Withdrawal access may be suspended until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Activity

An administrative fee may apply to accounts that remain inactive for an extended period. An account may be automatically marked as inactive if there is no activity within a defined period.

4.1 Deposit Rules

Approved methods for depositing funds at v7vv are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300 for each method.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes.

• Deposits made in a third party's name are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x (twenty times). This means you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Conditions for Using Bonuses

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; wagering requirements must be met first.
• The time limit for using a bonus will be stated in the offer announcement.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is already active.
• Full KYC verification must be completed on each account before it is eligible to receive bonuses.

5.3 VIP Program

v7vv operates a loyalty rewards program with four VIP tiers:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%.
• Silver: Weekly cashback of up to 0.5% plus additional benefits.
• Gold: Weekly cashback of up to 0.8% and priority support.
• Platinum: Weekly cashback of up to 1.0% and exclusive benefits.

VIP tier upgrades depend on your regular participation and activity on the platform. v7vv reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.

6.1 General Betting Rules

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on the v7vv platform:

• A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the data saved on the server will be considered final.
• The relevant game provider's server log is the final evidence for determining game results.
• The minimum and maximum bet limits for each game will be displayed in the game interface.

6.2 Sports Betting

International standards are followed for betting on cricket, football, kabaddi and other sports. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules. For BPL, IPL, T20 and other tournaments, the decision of the relevant governing body is final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated using software from third-party game providers. Game results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and cannot be altered in any way. We conduct regular audits to ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the v7vv platform. In the event of a violation, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited:

11.1 Cancellation by v7vv

v7vv may suspend or cancel an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or bonus abuse.
• Suspicion of money laundering or other illegal activities.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or providing false information.
• Violation of age restrictions.

11.2 Cancellation by the User

You may request cancellation of your account at any time through our support team. Any active bonuses will be automatically cancelled before the account is closed, however the net balance will be returned after proper verification.
